I had a lady give us feedback that she was surprised when we charged extra for pet hair. Wanted to see if we could add a bottom or drop-down during booking process so client is aware we charge extra for pet hair.

Is there any way we can collect VIN numbers for new clients BEFORE service? A while ago I was able to secure getting parts ordered for a client prior to her vehicle arriving and this moved things along quite smoothly.

Is there a way we can ask on our appointment creatiion website if the vehicle is a manual transmission; and then flag it in redcap/driverQ? This will assist in knowing which driver to send.

It would be a great idea if advisors could have a gas card for the shuttle in Rockville. I am not sure if there is already one in Bethesda. Thank you

Having a drop down that we must check off that we offered a new customer a first-time oil change. If it is a repeat customer who is not eligible for the first time offer it should just be greyed out.

Have a 5 item checklist located somewhere it is easy to access and is almost unavoidable. (ex. checklist on the back of the key tag) The Best of Best make mistakes and a checklist will allow us to use our mental energy on things that are more complex.

I have previously talked to Brian about this, but as we acquire more company owned vehicles, we should have someone who is in charge of general maintenance, operational readiness, cleanliness, and loaning out of those assets. Right now the lack of ownership by anyone of the shuttle has directly resulted in it being without fuel and in less than presentable condition. Elevating a porter to be responsible for the shuttle (with the opportunity to grow the position) will increase employee engagement as well as improve operational readiness of company assets.
