Is there any way we can collect VIN numbers for new clients BEFORE service? A while ago I was able to secure getting parts ordered for a client prior to her vehicle arriving and this moved things along quite smoothly.

this is something we ask for, but we have stopped pushing as hard because we weren't sure how helpful it was. Let's discuss with Daniel Burns and Brian Healy because we could work harder to collect it.
