I'm imagining that you're raising this because we've had issues where a driver who cannot driver has gone out for a pick-up and the car ended up being manual. Is this the case? It used to be that "Additional Notes" had a call-out for the client to let us know if their car was manual, but that seems to have gone away. I'm going to get it back! Hopefully that will help.
