Idea dump: loyalty program that generates a credit the client can see in their virtual garage. Basically like credit card rewards from the clients perspective. Back in 2018 I looked into a bunch of case studies that showed loyalty cards (punch cards) were the most effective way to retain clients (outside of the fundamental business practices) and create consistent repeat visits. Obviously a physical punch card is kinda cheesy but I know we all use our credit cards specifically for the cash rewards. I client just asked me if we had a rewards program and it triggered the idea.

You read my mind on this. I mentioned something similar to the team recently. Love the idea of rewards as well as something for referrals. So if customer refers a customer who completes an appointment, they get X dollars added to their "rewards" for use on future CC2G visits.
