Whenever a customer send a message, it would be helpful if the name is highlighted/bolded or something of the sort that would alert us that there is a new message. For example, there was a customer two days ago that confirmed the appointment but then sent a message to cancel and if I wouldn't have physically gone in the message, I wouldn't have known

That exists and should be happening unless someone marks it as "read". The message button will show how many customers have an unread message, and the customer's name is bold, italic, and at the top of the list. Can you slack me the details of the customer that this happened with?
