I got the idea from building a home and working with warranty. When there is an issue like drywall repair the home builder company texts me a link and it is a link to a facetime so they can see the issue, take screen shots and alert the right crew with the right tools to come out and fix it. I figured we could use that to help look at different issues such as tires, windshield wipers, one offs like door hinge repairs and so forth.
