Have two different version of the client confirmation--one for first time clients and one for repeat clients so that we don't ask for the VIN number if they've already been here before and we have it.

awesome. makes sense with the vehicle issue. Is there a solve for that?

Sarah Twigg is this something we could do? Just seeing a repeat client being asked for their plate or VIN and they are responding that they don't have it. Made me realize this is an unnecessary step and better to not ask them for it as though we've never seen them before.
