Can we add a visual indicator (if not listing the most recent previous RO) to see if a client has been here before when adding notes too an appointment?

Just added this to the booking form, but also, if the client is a repeat client, the "Appointment Type" field also blocks out "First Visit" if the vehicle has been in before.
