  • View Emails in Browser Support
    : Customers can now view emails in their browser from Hubspot
  • Auto Escalation Flag for Customers
    : Admins can now mark a customer as an "auto-escalated" customer type, which automatically flags their

    appointments as that special status. It does not change already booked serviced, only future, new service appointments.
